i have been reading through many forums on this site and there are many topics that have disturbed me. the one imparticular is the hazing and unethical treatment of "new grads". i just wanted to shine light on this from a michigan perspective. i am a nursing student and eager to know which hospitals if any condone that type of mistreatment in michigan. are there any (southeastern) new grads that have any experiences that they would like to share where they felt they were being targeted, fozen out, or hazed. in addition, are there any hospitals in michigan with a union? anyone work @ or know anything about the va hospital.
might i add that i am soooo happy 2 see that we r coming to some1 elses defense when they feel that some1 else is being (unrightfully) attacked. :yeah:now if we could do that in the workplace most people could live happily ever after. (thanks 4 speaking up) thats the ultimate goal.
What about your advice? This is a learning tool and you started attacking people!?! My advice was simply....Don't say that you're God's Love and not show it. People say all the time that they are christians and use God's name in vain!? That was the Only advice I gave...read the post!
