That was me yesterday...today my 1:1 student is out, so I'm in the health office having a blast. I needed this.

We've just had a crazy 2 weeks...newly diagnosed with epilepsy kindergartner had a seizure this week, a SPED student punched a window and had to be taken to the hospital for stitches and 2 brothers who have acid reflux have been puking every 15 to 20 minutes this week and their parents will not pick them up because we have a doctor's note saying we don't have to send them home because it's just reflux. Ugh. Meanwhile they are going through all of their extra clothes and mine!

We are having tacos with some friends tonight. Thank goodness there will be tequila. And dessert.

The secretary has been out sick for the past 2 days, principal out sick also. It's a very small school so I get the "honor" of covering the phones when everyone is away. This is normally isn't a problem but yesterday and today it was a nightmare!!! There are some crazy crazy parents out there that somehow decided to be even crazier than normal this week and they all found their way into my school!! Thank goodness for some very supportive and helpful staff members that helped cover the office! Kids where, for the most part, easier and less accident prone this week, hope that continues for the next 7 school days.
