Havent practiced in 7 years....don't remember date of jobs

I havent practiced in 7 years and about to take a refresher course required by the BON to get my license back. I can't remember dates and jobs, any "list" or source anywhere I can get this? And i've already tried credit reports, no such luck just says retired.

Try the HR departments where you worked.

Hubby had the same issue when he entered the police academy. They told him to go down to the social security office and request a listing. Sure enough, they had every job he ever worked at, including the teenage job in which he only worked a few weekends and quit.

There is a form you can fill out with the social security administration. You have to pay for it but they will send you dates of employment as far back as you want it to go. I did this when I was applying for a government job and I couldn't remember my ten year history!
