I'm looking for assistance in completing an assignment for school. I need to interview a CRNA who can tell me about a time when they felt they needed to actively speak up to correct, improve or resolve an ethical issue, dilemma, or concern.
Did you feel you had the opportunity to speak up, did you feel they could speak freely? Why or why not? What did you wish had known at the time?
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

Hello @af3669 and welcome to allnurses.com
We moved your topic to the SRNA forum where CRNAs will reply.

Moderator, why did you move this to the Student Forum. While the OP is a student, they are asking real life CRNAs for responses. They won't get that here. You have done the OP a disservice.

Thanks for your comment. What we have found over the years is that most (not all) but most CRNAs have little patience with students posting in the CRNA forum. This is why we have moved any student posts and we encourage (and appreciate) those CRNAs who take the time to peruse the SRNA forum.
Thanks again.
