Have to back out of job

New RN: I was offered an opportunity in an ED nights and accepted the offer. I signed papers on Friday and greatly preferred part time (they knew this) and hesitant but felt pressured. I asked if I can take the papers home and bring it back on Monday but could not. I would like to go with something else at this time that offers me greater flexibility but am concerned I will be blacklisted for dropping out after confirming I will take the job. Will I never be hired here again as long as the same recruiter is there? How do I politely explain? Do I ask for a deferment or hold? Email or phone?

I would take the job, do 6 months to a year and you're good.
