Have anyone applied for CSULB MSN Fall 2010? Have you heard anything?

I've applied for the CSULB FNP Fall 2010 program and spoke to Allison, graduate coordinator who said applicants might not be notified until as late as mid-April. Does anyone knows of anything else? Do applicants have interviews? I heard that EL-MSN applicants might.

Hi all.

So I did apply to the Spring program through csumentor. I also emailed Stacey to have her forward my fall application for spring as well. I received a confirmation email that they have accepted my application in August.

Today, I went on my.csulb.edu and check my status and showed that I was accepted, this is what it looks like if you click on master degree under admission for Spring 2011:

The Faculty and Staff are pleased that you have accepted admission to CSULB and look forward to welcoming you. It is suggested that you print this page and keep it with your records. Be sure to review the terms of your admission offer contained in your admission letter.

I click accept. It stated the cost of enrollment fee is $150, not due yet.

I'm waiting for the actual paper.

BTW, you need a csulb ID to log in and I was an undergrad student and still have my ID. However, you may call admission to obtain an ID.

Hi blessed did you receive your admission letter yet? Allison also told me I got accepted last august and I activated my campus ID in my.csulb.edu but I didn't see that status that you're saying. Hope to hear from you soon.ty

Hi Richo.

No, I haven't received it yet.

When you log into my.csulb.edu, click student center link on the left side and then scroll down to admission. Below that, you should see Master Degree for Spring 2011. If not, then you might want to call the school to make sure they have received your application. Next to it should be some kind of symbol, a circle or check mark, indicating if your application is pending, completed or admitted. The check mark is admitted and if you click on it, a window will pop up asking if you accept the admission or decline. Hope this helps. Good luck. I will let you know if I receive the letter.

Also, below the academic section, there is an admission inquiry link. When I click on it, it shows:

Congratulations. You have been admitted to the University.

Term: Spring 2011 Academic Level: Returning Graduate Academic Program: Masters Degree Nursing MS Residency Status: Resident of California

I called and they confirmed that I am accepted and that some of the features of my.csulb.edu may not fully apply to me coz im not a former student or something like that..

I got an e-mail from Allision today. I got accepted for Spring 2011 too.

She said that the acceptance letter sent last week and if I don't receive it by this Friday, let her know.

The Orientation will be in Jan 20, 2011.

What classes will you plan to take in the first semester?
