Has anyone worked in the OR at Stanford?

I am having a horrible experience in the OR at Stanford. I have gotten no support from the administrative/supervisory staff and it seems like the nurses just want to pick eachother apart. I have also had people use the fact that I'm a traveler as an excuse to question my skill as a nurse as well as to justify saying that I am not a good enough nurse. I have been through 6 different contracts since I started traveling as a nurse. At each of the contracts I have completed I've had really good evaluations of my skills, so I don't really understand where it is coming from at Stanford. Has anyone else had this experience, or is it just me?:o

A friend did an assignment in another unit and said similar things. She really liked living in SF, but couldn't stand the staff and politics.
