I know 3 people who just took it this week and had 296 questions and passed. I had 220 and passed. I don't know of anyone where the PVT was not right! You can also try to verify your license on your state board of nursing. ours is updated daily at 5 PM, so those that took it earlier in the day their temp RN license was already up! Mine was up the following evening.
California does not participate in quick results grrrr I took my test eleven days ago and am not on the BRN yet. I feel like I failed because I took so many questions but I cannot re-register for the test and get the good pop-up on PV. When I called they said that my results wont be released until they receive my transcripts. MY Transcripts were sent in over four weeks ago. I ordered a second set ten days ago. California BRN is sadly slow.
I took my NCLEX yesterday, and had all 265 questions. I walked out of there certain that I failed, although I was an excellent student. So far, the PVT has worked, but I guess we'll see when the official results are posted! I have a friend that was allowed to reregister, and she did fail....
I took my NCLEX yesterday and it shut off at 75! I walked out of there feeling like i failed! I did the pearsonvue trick 2 hours later and got the good pop up and tried it a bunch of times since and still got the good pop up. I should be able to get my quick results tomorrow but I am really hoping the pearsonvue trick is correct!
So far the PVT has been 100% accurate for my 2 friends and I. Unfortunately, none of us got the good pop-up, instead we were taken to the credit card page allowing us to re-register. One friend did the PVT right after he finished his test (same day). The other friend did the PVT a day after. We're from Cali as well and my friends got their failure letters came in pretty quick (less than a week)... So you most likely passed! CONGRATS!

So the time has been ticking since I took my nclex with... no results!!! This is horrible! I am trying the pearson vue trick daily, and obsessively and I am getting the "good" pop up. However, I took 200 questions! I do not feel like I passed! So my question to you is; has anyone ever had the "good" pop up and still failed? How accurate is the peatson vue trick?
Thanks in advance for entertaining my stress level which is through the roof!!
