  1. Like most of the others have said, I wouldn't worry too much about that now. Most nursing schools have "required" books for u to get that include NCLEX review books. Trust me, you're gonna get PLENTY of NCLEX practice! Relax while u can, luv! On a side note....I really liked ATI.
  2. Good luck! Relax, and take ur time reading thru the questions. U GOT THIS!
  3. If you're getting over 60% consistently, it shows mastery of the content. Sounds like ur golden! Remember, the NCLEX is set up so that if u display 60% content mastery, u pass. Just remember ur nursing process and Maslow's heirarchy in all of your questions! Guarantee ur gonna walk in there (or out) feeling like u didn't know a thing...and that's a good sign. =)
  4. Because of the blockage of acetylcholine in the CNS.
  5. Yeah, as SunshineDaisy sd...it's not true about getting 265 and passing for sure. My friend got 265 and failed, but I got 265 and, according to the PVT, passed.
  6. Hmmm...so THAT's why I felt like I had absolutely NO idea! I had a hard time differentiating the hard vs easy question (for the most part).
  7. If they only got 75 questions and failed, then they were consistently below the "line" for over 60% of the questions. I got the full 265 questions yesterday, when in school, I always had high B's. I don't necessarily agree with the way they grade it, but it is what it is, I guess. =/
  8. If the "hold" message has been removed, then ur good! Sounds like u passed, according to the PVT. =)
  9. Honestly, I don't think there's one specific program that "works". They're all pretty good. What I can say, is remember your nursing process and Maslow's heirarchy. If you master those in your test-taking, you're good! Remember, assessment is always first!
  10. I took my NCLEX yesterday, and had all 265 questions. I walked out of there certain that I failed, although I was an excellent student. So far, the PVT has worked, but I guess we'll see when the official results are posted! I have a friend that was allowed to reregister, and she did fail....
  11. Hey everyone! This is more of an inquiry for a friend than for me. Has anyone tried the PVT and been sent to the cc page, yet passed? PLEASE only comment if this is the case, and NOT if it did work for u. Thanks!
