Hello. I'm starting Herzing University In Birmingham Alabama LPN program and I'm a bit nervous. My start date is May 1st, 2017. I just want a briefing of how it is. I have a billion questions.. Lol. My first class is A&P 105 and A&P 105L. Help...!

Hi Temeika. I am starting in about 3-4 weeks. I am looking forward to it but also nervous. I know yhe commute will be a struggle for a year. Did GA have an LPN or RN program?

I start the RN program at Herzing in Birmingham. I'm told Pharmacology, health assessment, fundamentals, and med surge are alllll BEASTS at Herzing. What has your experience been? I live in Atlanta, so there's nooo room to fail.

I start the RN program at Herzing in Birmingham. I'm told Pharmacology, health assessment, fundamentals, and med surge are alllll BEASTS at Herzing. What has your experience been? I live in Atlanta, so there's nooo room to fail.

So far the program have been good. Next semester will really determine my view on the school.

Hi I am in the same boat. My start day is Sept but got a call where I can start the nursing program in May. I want to start in May but afraid I will be forced to quit my full time,day time job. I am in the process of finding a part time flexible job while I finish the program.

How are you liking the nursing program at herzing im considering transferring there.

Sorry for the late replies. I am withdrawn from the program. Waiting to apply for Lawson state program. The Program is very fast and I mean very fast. Studying isn't enough you really have to start thinking like you are already a nurse. They don't teach you how to be a nurse in what you are preparing to become. If you are in he LPN think only as a LPN if RN only as an RN. I really enjoyed my clinicals 1 day a week and progress to 2 days as you get further along. Start studying your dosage calculations now because they really don't teach you because you have plenty of drugs and reactions you have to study up on. Wishing you the best

There are but they are very competitive here in ga.
