Has anyone applied to Florida Hospital Feb/March new grad?

U.S.A. Florida

Would like to see if anyone has gotten any application status changes or calls. Mine has said "application under initial review" for about 3 weeks. Anyone else?

So far has only one person on here been contacted for an interview? I applied in mid-April and my application still says "Under Initial Review". I haven't heard anything either way yet.

Well that better than what I received, a rejection email.

I'm sorry. When did they send it? Do you know of others who have as well?

I applied on April 15 and received the email on the 25. So you are still in the running.

Thank you for the update, and good luck on your journey!

Hi, I applied for the July program at the end of April and got called yesterday and today for interviews. I have three next week with three different departments. Although none are for my first choice I am still excited and hope to be offered a job. I will update once I hear back.

Hey! How did your interviews go? Which departments did you (or are you scheduled to) interview with?

Hello everyone :)

I believe "Under Initial Review" on the GN Program is a good thing. I was just offered a position yesterday, and the GN Program still says that. However, the floor I accepted an offer from now says "Offer of Employment Accepted".

For me, I applied April 15, got the phone interview call May 2, then a call for an interview on May 15, and then my interview was May 23.

Good luck! Maybe some of us will be coworkers in July!

Is anyone here getting a position or interviewing in Women's Health (L&D, Mother-Baby, etc)? I've seen programs specific to ED, Critical Care and OR, but was wondering if the possibility of Women's Health exists.

Hey all. I applied April 15th and my application is still under initial review. I'm extremely happy, but at the same time am hoping after almost 2 months of waiting I don't get rejected. Anyone else feel this way lol? Has anyone else heard anything? Congrats to the people that have all ready been hired for July/August! For those that haven't been hired, keep your head up! I graduated in August of last year and have been denied by the GN program twice so far. It sucks, but I just keep thinking I have to get hired eventually :] Hopefully sooner than later.

Hey, I applied on July 2nd for the August GN program. I received an email that says I did not get into the July GN program. My application says that I am still under initial review. Anyone else get this? Do you think its just a formality email?

Specializes in ED, trauma.
