Harbor UCLA Nurse I/Relife Nurse

@gingerbreadgirl, my email contained no information on how to proceed after passing the exam, however the woman who sent me the email told me that now I should just wait for the recruiters to contact me when there is any available space according to the band that I am in and the availability of opened positions. Please do keep me posted. I want to work at LAC+USC, so far I have not seen any other forums of other people who have the same questions.
19 minutes ago, Badkugo said:100 is a passing score it puts you in Band 1, meaning youre at the top of the list I guess?, so far one of my other nursing friends told me that she contacted the nursing recruiter and got an interview. So that is my next step, try doing that as well.
Thank you, I hope so I've been trying to get in this hospital. I will contact the recruiter. Hopefully we all get in soon ?
Don’t ever wait for County to contact you first. Always be proactive. Let them know you passed the test with X score and would like to interview for open positions. I interviewed for Harbor and got offered a position on the spot. I also am waiting to hear back from LACUSC. County is notorious for taking a long time on everything. So in terms of a start date for me, who knows!
Gluck! Message me directly if you have any questions ?
@etchensketch , would you know what number to call for LAC+USC? I have actually tried looking for it and cannot seem to find the number.
okay, I just figured out their phone number and how to proceed, I am scheduling an interview tomorrow, @NurseEm10, the phone number is (323)409-4664

Hi all, I have applied to a Nurse I/ Relife Nurse with LA county. I have received an email with a link for scheduled examination. After a week I took the exam, I received an another email that saying I passed the test and I will be on the eligibility list. Now I am not sure what I do. Some people told me to call the nurse recruiter and ask for interview. I checked the County website....but I am not really sure if this is the right place to contact. https://dhs.lacounty.gov/office-of-nursing-affairs/home/nurse-recruitment/
Should I just wait for those recruiter to call me or should I call them? Is there anyone who went through those process? I really appreciate any advice...! Thank you.
