Hi everyone! I was recently hired for the NICU at Harbor-UCLA new grad program, starting in March 2025. Im super excited to begin this journey and would love to connect with others who are also starting in March!
If youre in the same cohort (or have any insight on what to expect), feel free to comment or message me.

Psych/behavior health was my first option!
Hopefully not getting a response yet doesn't mean those interview spots have all been filled up. Good news is that they'll send another wave of applications towards the end of the year for the November cohort as well. But I really want to start in September. Let's hope we hear something back from them soon. Good luck to us!

Mmssmm22 said:Did you apply via the county site for relief nurse position and do the assessment.? I applied and took the assessment in early June and had heard they were going to have a job fair, but never heard back again.
I actually got an email that they cancelled the job fair and then I got another email right after offering interviews

PEDS. Tell me about yourself? Why did you want to become a nurse? Why Harbor-UCLA? Why should we hire you? They asked other stuff as well but it was more like a conversation interview, so not stressful. I did my clinical rotations there so they asked about my experience and questions regarding that.

Yes, I only choose PEDS. I didn't even put a second or third unit.
