Hand moisturizers for Nurses recommendation

I'm sorry to bother everyone. I have a friend who is a new nurse. She complains about how often she's required to wash her hands and how she's not allowed to put any lotions on afterwards because it will attract dirt and germs. I am looking to give her some type of moisturizer for her to use and have found Gloves in a Bottle, Barrier Lotion by Dermal Therapy. What do you use to prevent your hands from drying out from overwashing? Would you recommend any of the products that I mentioned? I'd like to order for her christmas present. Thank you for your time.

Palmer's cocoa butter works best for me

a good cheap lotion that works well on dry hands is jergens ultra healing....i was surprised at how good it is for the money...before that i only would use neutragena norwegian formula.
