Very well!!
Actually, better then I expected it to!! It lasted almost 2 hours and was with HR and the NM of the floor. The job will be full time days on a step down unit, pedi of course!
I'm going to shadow this week and make sure its what I really want, but at the end of the interview the HR guy told me that there was an offer on the table and we crunched the numbers :) I'll give the final yes after the shadowing on Thursday.
I really love where I am now, but I feel as if I've reached a plateau, and I wanted to better myself, something I couldnt do where I am now. I want to learn so many new things , and this new job would help me to accomplish just that!
The tuition reimbursement is fantastic, which is a plus b/c I want to go back to school within the next year.
Just wanted to share!!! :) :) :)

I'm glad for you.
Meanwhile, back at the Ponderosa, ol' Reject (me) is still wondering what to do. My job interview at the hospital lasted 5 minutes. Seriously.
Actually, I can't imagine ever landing a job that was competitive at all.
Oh well, good luck on your new adventure.
