That drives me crazy too! I always want to know RIGHT THEN!
You probably did really good though...:) I have my 1st geri test Wed. and haven't had time to study for it @ all d/t OB care plan & clinicals. Hoping I'll be able to work in some time, some where to even look @ it.
BTW, here's a really good site for IV calculations: http://www.dalesplace.net/iv_complex.htm. It helped me a lot.
Anyways, wishin' you good luck, let me know when you find out.
P.S. So far, my geri class seems like such a repeat of so much of what we did in mental (life review, etc.). Have you noticed this too?
Hey Southern,
Congrats on B's...:)
Don't you think pop quizzes are juvenille @ the college level????? I hate 'em. :angryfire I mean, I don't know about you but I'm busy doin' clinicals, care plans (and working a paying job, raisin' a family, yadayadayadayada); I'll study for th' test on my own time, you know?
I just took my 1st geri about 2 hrs. ago. I'm already lookin' to see if they've got th' grades posted...lol It all seems like a LOT of psych repeat (therapeutic communication, cultural assmt., life review, etc.). Probably would've helped if you could've had that b4hand.
How's mental goin' for you? I always found picking the answer that was most "politically correct" was the best guess in that class.

I had my first test in Gerontology yesterday. I thought it went very well, even if I didn't study. What tripped everybody up was the math at the end of it. She had critical care titrations on it (yuck). I'm not too bad at math, but it definitely isn't my favorite subject. I'm hoping the grade will be posted this morning.
