about H1c visa

hi guys... need your help regarding with the H1c visa? i already applied for an eb3 immigrants visa and got a priority date... but because of the slow movement of issuing a visa from the immigration i wanted to apply for an H1c visa... is it possible to apply for an h1c visa although i got a pending application for my eb3 immigrant? please pm me...:bow:need your advice..thanks:saint:

In theory you can apply for a H1C although you are not applying but the hospital with that status is applying. There are many pitfalls and if your H1c is completed or cancelled you have to leave the US. Also with the current US recession may find it hard finding one of the hospitals to petition you plus depends if quote has been used up. Only 500 can be allocated annually
