H1B for nurses Interview

A friend of mine got interviewed yesterday. She is a nurse petitioned by a bug hospital in the US. However, she got pending because the consul asked for a CRITICAL CARE NURSE VISASCREEN.. Is there such? I am next to be interviewed on the same Job description and employer. Please advise..
