Hi all,

I have just been accepted into the new Accelerated nursing program at Gwynedd mercy University. It is a 15 months program. Anyone out there that was also accepted? Is there anyone in the traditional program, and also do you like it? Do you think it is going to be a good program? Any advice is welcomed, thanks....

I'm not sure pretty much all of the ABSN programs are around this price give or take 2 or 3 thousand. I did not look into Villanova because they wanted pre-req's that I did not take so I'm not sure.

Hi today I received an email stating some of my pre-requisites did not transfer. I went to Delaware and my school doesn't have Biochemistry available to non-Chemistry majors and its also an upper level course, also Developmental Psychology didn't go through as well. :madface: But when I read the course descriptions for the Chemistry and Psychology course I took and compared it to their course description it is the same course covering the same materials just different course number. Do you think it is worth to call the Admissions department to explain the similarities in the courses?

Hello when I was looking for a 2nd chemistry class to take the biochemistry had the same description at my Community College but they said they would not take it because it didn't have enough organic chemistry. So I had to look around and found another Community College that had Introduction to Organic Biochemistry and thats the one they will accept. Also I have to take Nutrition over because it was not taught by a dietician. I thought it was crazy, but I will not pay for there classes because they are toooooo high. My admission counselor told me if I decided to take it to take it with Portgage Online learning because it is cheaper, and at your own pace. I would call or either email your advisor with the information that you have to see why they did not transfer.

Hi since you started in 2015, did you graduate already? I have a few questions about this school. How did you like the absn program? Downfalls? Mishaps? Success? Was finding a job successful among graduating?

I just got accepted today via phone call to the ABSN program in Bensalem for August 2017!! I asked to be transferred to Center City and am waiting to hear back. Is there a facebook group?
