Hello. Is anyone trying to get into Gwinnett Tech bridge program for summer of 2015? If so have you taken the Kaplan and how did you do?

hey guys! I am interested in doing the LPN to RN next summer of 2016. I am having trouble getting any info off the website and have already left a few emails. But basically I wanted to know, how many hours a week do you have clinical and class? Are any of the classes online. Also, if you start in the summer, does it end in the spring of the next year? Any info you can give me would be amazing!

Congrats on getting accepted into the program. Can you PM me info on the Kaplan scores needed and your GPA if you dont mind. I plan to apply for the summer 2017 bridge( I still have a few sciences to take.)

We have class on Tuesday's and Thursday's until clinicals start and then class is only on Tuesday. Clinicals are on Thursday at you designated hospital. They are from 6:30am to whenever your instructor says it's time to go (anywhere from 2:30 to 5:00). Fall semester we still have class on Tuesday's and then whenever your day to go to hospital is. You will have a pharmacology class online the summer semester, but you will test at the school. Yes, it ends in the spring. We graduate first week of May.

So one can actually keep at least a part-time job while in the bridge program? Thats awesome. Are there a lot of LPNs that are still working during the program?

I think I scored a 76 on the Kaplan, and I had all A's except for biology 2113&2114 and I had a B. Friend of mine scored a 79 on Kaplan and had same gpa.

Yes, several of the students have jobs. Some full time. You just have to manage your time wisely.

How was the math section on the Kaplin? Was it any Algebra at all?
