Hello All!
I am one of the Senior Nursing students at Gwinnett Technical College's class of 2017. I am also one of the STEM center tutors available for help with the Kaplan entrance exam, and advisement for how to be successful once you have gotten that acceptance letter to GTC's ADN program :)
Even though the main purpose of the STEM is to help guide students who are taking life science pre-requisites such as ANP and Micro, I want to use my experience in the program to help those anxious about embarking on the same difficult, but rewarding journey to become successful and be prepared.
There is a lot to know, and a lot to do once accepted to GTC's ADN program. Curious what a semester in the program looks like? Will there be time for family, or working full-time? How do I study effectively to become a good nurse, and not just to pass the up coming exams? Feel free to bring your questions, along with other classmates and study buddies, to have all your questions answered.
Though the below scheduled hours are my typical work hours, it is always best to make an appointment since schedules, break times, and life events can lead to changes. Feel free to PM me if you would like to make an appointment :)
Typical Schedule:
Tues, Wed, Thurs (1300-1700)
BLD. 900, Rm. 1109

Hi. Do you have a number or an email that you can be contacted at? I'm unable to pm you.
Hello,
I do apologize for such a late response. Unfortunately, I am no longer at that program, and no longer work in the STEM center. Feel free to email me (check your PM inbox), and I will be glad to answer current questions that you might have.
