Guam requires the full US tourist visa, Saipan will accept a special three day visa.
Not sure why you want to test in another country since the exam that you get is going to be the same.
Moving this thread to the International Forum since it is specific to location of the exam and not specific to questions about the exam.
Please take the time to do some reading about this exam. The location that you test in, nor the state that you test for is going to make any difference in the questions that you will receive. It is a computerized exam, called a CAT, and it issues questions based on how you responded to the previous question. So you are going to get the same exam no matter where you write it.
I would most definitely just write it in Makati, there is no reason to go to another country if you think that it will be easier there. Just not going to happen.
well, some of the people i 've known that took the exam in saipan said that it's easier there than in hongkong

It doesn't matter where you sit the exam it is a national exam and therefore the same regardless

i dnt get your point why you still want to take your exam outside the philippines? better save your money for some other expenses. nclex is a standard national exam which means its the same no matter what country you take it. mind you i took my nclex here in philippines and i passed. its not true that nclex is easier in guam or saipan or elsewhere. good luck on your exam.
How do they know that it was easier? Sorry, but it is the same exam, and if they took it several times, then of course they are better prepared.
This is just another rumor that has been circulating in Manila for years, same as the one that states that NCLEX is easier if you write it for one state versus another. Just not so, it is a national exam, and the questions on every exam will be different. Based on how you answered the previous question.
It is a hard exam, no doubt about it, but wishing to go another country to test so that it will be easier, just is crazy. It is not going to be any different.
Pass rate is still the same, whether you even test in the US.
