GTCC Forsyth fall 2014

Any one applying to GTCC or Forsyth for fall 2014?? If so I will love to start a forum going on the ranking. Points and teas from both school. Taking my teas test Monday. Hopefully I will only need to take it once.

Is anybody else confused about the schedule for the first week of class besides me. Do we have to be on campus mon - fri 8 til 5. Or just Monday aug 18 then follow our schedule that we are put in.

I think they want you to plan (clear your schedule) on being on campus Mon-Fri, 8-4 that first week, but I'm assuming we'll get additional info on August 18th. They just want to make sure your schedule is totally clear the first week since everything will be crazy and the individual schedules are not set.

I talked to lori today after i turned in the drug screen. She said we have activties to do to and plan to stay on campus all week for the first 2 weeks. Instead of 1week. At least 8-5.

Hey there! I'm a LPN who is applying for the transition program at gtcc. My concern is passing the teas test and being able to get the points to help my application. I've already bought the study manual & used it the first time. Do you have any additional advice?!

Has anybody on this forum graduated from their nursing program or is currently enrolled? I would love to hear some feedback! Thank you all....

I've heard their program is exceptionally difficult because of instructors and delivery method of material. We have several girls in our class who originally sent to Mitchell, but failed out of their program. Not good things.

Hey! I know this is an old post, but how do you like being an LPN? Ive been accepted into one rn program but have been considering doing LPN first to gain experience and then transition into an associates RN program. Any suggestions??

Thanks for the info! I have been accepted into mitchell for their fall semester but live out of state and want to hear from feedback on the program. So far, youre the only one that has replied....did your classmates that left mitchell say anything else about the program?
