Hi I am in the Fall 2018 ADN Program at GTCC. It is hard, however with that said, read what they tell you to read, PHARMACOLOGY!!! Learn the endings for the classifications, mechanisms of actions and prototype drugs. We basically learned the entire Dosage calc book. Skills Practice, Practice, Practice and be mindful of not contaminating your sterile field! Clinicals just breath and stay busy! Your first head to toe assessment on an actual patient is nerve wracking but necessary, and the head to toe check off infront of the instructor well like I said Just breathe! Good Luck and keep pushing forward!
Hi! I went in today to turn in my application and asked these questions. Points are very different now so she wasn’t able to give me much info on that. I was told typically around 125 applicants every year. Desions should be made in 4 weeks from the application deadline so around March 15th.

Hello. I am applying to Gtcc fall 2019 nursing program. Can anyone already in the program or those who have completed it tell me what to expect? I have heard their program is harder than any other schools. Also anyone who is applying, how many points are you all applying with? Does anyone know what a good point score is since they have now changed the ranking points?
