GSU Fall 2012

Not sure if there's one of these started already, but it's still pretty far off, so I thought I'd make one. Have any of you guys taken the TEAS yet? If not, where are you taking it? I didn't see any dates listed for GSU.

Congrats mybebe and toby! :) I just spoke to the nursing department today and they said they are not sending the letters in a specific order. I think it might be based on when they received our packages. I sent mines in early february but there was a problem with my TEAS and it wasn't processed until Feb 28. so perhaps thats why some of us haven't received letters yet.

You guys are all so sweet! I hope we all receive letters so we can be classmates next semester :)

Someone in my Anatomy class was saying something similar today! That's definitely possible; I submitted my application 2/15.

I agree...I don't think they send them in any order. I can't wait to hear back from the rest of you guys on your acceptances; I hope that is today or tomorrow! I personally delivered my application on 2/22 and it was processed that same day according to my Application Status.

Heh, I turned in my packet in person on the day before the deadline, so if they're sending out notifications based on the order the apps were received......then I can expect to wait a little while, LOL. No biggie.:paw:

I turned mine in Jan 13 and the TEAS in Jan 18th.. I keep looking at the window to see if the mail man is coming.. lol

I just called them and they said they are currently reviewing the applications and letters are being sent out in no order.. just in the order that they are reviewing.. and all letters should be mailed out until the end of April.. She said they received 317 applications and 72 get in.. Oh well... waiting.. waiting..

For those of you who have already taken Clinical Nutrition - how did you sign up for it? Even though I'm approved for nursing course, I'm not for nutrition ones. Thanks!

Hello everyone...I wanted to give you guys some info just so you know:) I talked to someone in my class yesterday and she said that her friend got into the traditional nursing program with a 4.0 GPA and an 80 on her TEAS. I just wanted to send this out to let you guys know. Fingers still crossed for all of you! Wishing you the best:)
