GRU CNL PROGRAM 2016 admissions

Hi, will anyone here be applying for the 2016 admissions for the CNL program at GRU in Augusta, GA?! If so could you share some of your career background/experience and stats! Also if some of you who are currently or have been in the program could give some input that would be awesome too!!

I applied via NursingCAS back in August/very beginning of September and submitted prerequisites as I completed them. A's in all prerequisites and tested CLEP for Psychology. When the supplemental application became available, they emailed me and I completed it immediately. I was invited to interview last week and received a letter today stating that I have been accepted as an alternate. A friend of mine who has graduated from the program said that it's the same thing as being waitlisted. She was actually an alternate herself and was accepted a few months later. Now, I stay hopeful and wait! Hope to be joining those of you who have already been accepted! (My campus would be Augusta, GA)

Congrats that sounds like good news!! From looking at previous classes posts it seems like that happens frequently, but ends up working out! Had your status changed online as well?

@Crobin31 did your online status say notification sent via mail and did you have a background consent form pop up as not yet received?

How do I find my online status? I honestly avoided looking at anything until I got a letter!

I have not checked my online status, so I am not sure what it says. How do I check that?

@Crobin31 go to this link and click check status. It'll ask you to put in your name and the last 4 of your social and then your application details will come up! What's your status say? And under documents not received does yours say background consent form?

Thanks! I am almost glad that I did not know about this feature or I may have refreshed it every five minutes! :) My Status says "Decision made by Admissions Committee; notification is by mail" and I do not have a "Documents not received" header. I only have a "Documents received" and a "If admitted, documents required prior to GRU registration" header.
