Just wanted to update! It looks like they'll be accepting either TEAS 6 or TEAS 7 for this round of applications... but after this round they will only be accepting TEAS 7. If I apply with my TEAS 6 scores I should have around 84 points if all of my life experience/special circumstances are accepted. I am scheduled to take TEAS 7 for the first time on July 1st and hoping for at least an 80% which would bring my points up to 86!
No worries tayand235?. Yes, this is my first time applying at Grossmont’s bridge program.
I also applied to Palomar’s and MiraCosta’s bridge programs as well. I’m waiting to hear back from Palomar, but I’m on MiraCosta’s Bridge program waiting list. I’m guaranteed a seat with them. ☺️
I’m honestly not in a rush at this point in my career. I’m just using this time to complete my BSN prerequisites and saving money. I plan on not working when I get to be in the program, Lord willing ??. What about you, is this your first time applying at Grossmont?
That sounds awesome! Is Grossmont your top pick?
This is my first time applying! I’ve been working on my prerequisites since 2015 ? I was working as a medical assistant and going to school and then I had a son in 2018 and a daughter in 2021 so my schooling has kind of been on the back burner. But this year I was able to take micro and get my TEAS done so now I’m finally able to apply!

Hello everyone,
I wanted to start this thread for everyone that is applying to Grossmont College for the Spring 2023 cohort. I have been reading these forums ever since I started my prerequisites in 2015 and it feels so surreal to finally be one of the students applying! The application process opens up on July 1st, who is ready? I'm so nervous! Good luck to all of you, I am so happy for each and every one of you for making it to this point.
