Hello everyone,
I wanted to start this thread for everyone that is applying to Grossmont College for the Spring 2023 cohort. I have been reading these forums ever since I started my prerequisites in 2015 and it feels so surreal to finally be one of the students applying! The application process opens up on July 1st, who is ready? I'm so nervous! Good luck to all of you, I am so happy for each and every one of you for making it to this point.

OMG I hope so! I’ve also been doing prerequisites since 2015, had kids, and working full time so I really hope this is our year! Also applying to SWC & City if I’m not accepted to Grossmont.
Oh my goodness! Congratulations on all of your hard work!! And good for you for working full time, doing school, and taking care of your family you’re awesome. I’m applying with anywhere between 82-84 points depending on what they accept. Hopefully we see each other at the Spring 2023 orientation! ?
Hi everyone!
I’m so glad this forum exists! So sooo nervous. I’m finishing my application tomorrow. Hopefully getting in with 91 points. I was supposed to have 96 points but unfortunately, I missed the deadline for my graduation (sadly can’t use my associates degree for the extra 5 points). Rooting for all of us! Good luck everyone ❤️

I’m so happy that you were able to complete your prerequisites, TEAS and put your application in tayand235??. I think you have a great chance of getting accepted. Grossmont has a wonderful nursing program but it’s not my first choice because I live about an hour away. Gas prices are ridiculously high ?. I’m hoping to stay close to home. Have you applied anywhere else?
