Grossmont Community College Fall 2024

Hi all!

I applied to Grossmont's nursing program for Fall 2024. I wanted to start a topic to connect with others that have applied as well! I believe I have 86-90 points which makes me super nervous but I have my fingers crossed! How is everyone else feeling?

Has anyone received their official acceptance letter yet? I have my counselor appointment tomorrow, and I've yet received an official acceptance letter.

I met with the counselor yesterday. She said the provisional status hasn't been removed from anyone yet.

I haven't either. Seems like we should any day now

Hey so I just had my counselor appointment she told me no one had received it yet and that we wouldn't for a "little while " . I believe they can't send them until after all the counselor appointments have been finished because in that appointment they do the final evaluation of your courses I believe

I had my counseling appt on 4/8 and was told it can take anywhere from 6-8 weeks to be officially accepted. Let's hope it won't actually take that long but just don't hold your breath waiting.

Yes! They told me this too- it takes about that long to finalize the transcripts but provisional could be lifted sooner she said

Just got the email that my provisional status was lifted. So hopefully everyone else will hear back soon too.
