Grey's Anatomy Scrubs- how to keep in good condition?

Nurses Uniform/Gear

I'm starting my first nursing job soon and just bought a couple pairs of the Grey's Anatomy scrubs. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with those scrubs shrinking/fading. Also, how do you wash them to keep them in good condition?

I have been wearing mine for 2 years and they have not shrunk or faded. They're excellent quality and definitely work the price. I will never wear another brand. One thing I do to keep them good as new, is wash and dry them inside out. Not sure if this helps or not.

I have an update to my previous post, since I just washed my scrubs and got to take a good look at them. I only have enough scrubs to take me through one work week, so they get washed about every week or so. After 2 years I'm just starting to notice the color is fading a little, and there's a little wear on some of the fabric. It's hardly noticeable. With weekly wash and wear I think you can get a good 2-3 years out of Grey's Anatomy scrubs before they start to look like it's time to retire them, and that's without doing much to try to keep them looking nice. I think most the wear and tear happens in the dryer; I bet hang drying would prolong them.

I wondered if they were worth the $, and also if they were made for people NOT built like Katherine Heigl and Ellen Pompeo.

Tbird, they absolutely fit me better than anything else i have tried on/worn
