Hey there, I applied in March for a seat in the Fall! Anyone else out there applying during the March-May seating? Now that we are heading into mid-May I am getting nervous. Obviously about getting in, but secondly, I feel like I know nothing, like what books, and materials we would need to start. I am they type of person that has to prepare lol, so I feel lost that I can't (or don't know how) in the event I do get a seat!!

Do we just have to have the cpr before we start classes?

It is on the checklist of things to have done, but not 100% sure. I just figured I want to get it done before the craziness starts!

I know I am going to pay my deposit on Monday! LOL I would of done it on Friday if I could have.

I am going to pay my deposit Monday afternoon and get my appt set up to get the physical done. I want to just get all the little stuff out of the way.

I already made my appointment! LOLL I was freaking out yesterday. I can't wait until orientation!!! I have questions like above the schedule all those fees? I am still exhausted from yesterday, I must of read the papers like fifty-million times.

I waited for my mail before I went to work because it usually comes before I leave and my informed delivery didn't show I had any mail so I was bummed at work for nothing lol.

I got in! Start date is January. Also curious if there was any actual rhyme or reason as to who got into which cohort. I had 179 points.

Someone said they thought it was just at random which start date you get.

I got in in January with 169 points. Now a five month wait. I never thought about the January start. I thought it would be August or October.

People with very high points that start in January- were your points just from your grades and TEAs test or did you have hospital and volunteer experience and previous college degree?

Pretty much all of the above; decent grades, high TEAS score, work experience and a degree.

I was really hoping to start sooner but oh well, more time to save up money I guess.
