Hi everyone! Is anyone here graduating next summer?

I plan to graduate in mid May. I am so excited! All my work is going to pay off. I actually only have about 2 and a half months of class work, the remaining of the semester is my preceptorship.

Mid May for me too -- I can't believe I'm entering my LAST semester! Never thought it would get here!

graduation set for august 13, 2004. that'll be the best friday the 13th, i'll ever remember!!:chuckle i'll never be superstitious again!:chuckle

then i'm going to take fall 2004 off to pass lvn boards. start spring 2005 with pre-reqs for lvn-bsn transition.

happy and safe new year's to all!!:balloons:

Specializes in LTC, ER, ICU,.

shonda, it is so good to "see" you!

i am, prayerfully, a may graduate too.

Graduating in August hopefully. We've lost 14 people from our original group of 30 so who knows?! What area is everyone interested in?

Specializes in Acute rehab/geriatrics/cardiac rehab.

I'm due to graduate in May 2004 (BSN). I look forward to it and am excited to be going down the home stretch. I'm interested in rehab nursing (strokes, spinal cord injuries, etc). But I also loved my Maternal and Infant care clinical rotation and wouldn't mind doing something dealing with that field.

steph, thanks a lot. i haven't been around much this past semester. i was in a do or go to work at mcdonald's situation...lol. :chuckle not knocking mcdonald's employees, but i don't see it being able to support two growing kids with growing (and costly) extra-curricular activities. i'm down to 2 semesters to go and they are gonna be tough ones also. but "i am woman, hear me roar!!" i will succeed!!!!

happy new year to you and yours,

shonda

shonda, i hear you loud and clear, no explanation needed. we all should do what is best for the individual.

keep on roaring!

all the best :kiss

Just think guys we no longer have to reply with "next year" when we are asked for our graduation date. THIS IS THE YEAR, actually we can break it down into months, semesters or quarters!!WOOOOT!

I start back tomorrow, after that long needed break, with psych. and obstetrics nursing. No ugly uniforms this quarter, thank you God! This is our last actual lecture quarter, next quarter is all preceptorship! Pray for me, please!-Tara:D
