Graduating Student-I want to do NICU

Suggestions on how to get into NICU sooner than later, please? My background is working as an EMT mainly in an urgent care and I have 8 letters of reco. by the time I graduate from teachers, peers, and tutoring that I do; I am also the president of my class?

Apply to every NICU opening that doesn't require experience or a new grad residency with placement in NICU.

Apply to Special Care Nursery positions- get you in the door to the NICU

Bigger NICUs are more likely to hire new grads than smaller NICUs. I start in 3 weeks at a 101 bed NICU and there are 6 of us starting at the same time.

Is there a specific nicu or special nursery that anyone suggests. ..or etc? That may too broad of a question
