Grades in nursing school

Do the grades you get in nursing school really matter nowadays? Once we graduate do employers ask us what kind of grades we got in nursing school?

I have been hearing more and more that employers are starting to ask because of the field being so saturated. It is certainly making me want to step up my game more from hearing that.

Good point. Many of us that graduated with honors put that on our resume. It could not have hurt. I know many on here are saying the opposite, but everyone in my class that graduated with Simga Theta Tau has jobs; and four of us in our choice locations (2 on PCU, 1 on PICU, and one in L&D) last time I checked.
