Hello All,
I'm not sure if I'm posting in the correct space, but here goes.
So I am about 5 months away from receiving my BSN, I really want to experience working and/or volunteering abroad. However, for most of the organizations I've looked at they seem to want nurses with 1-3 years experience. Do you fine health care professionals know how a grad nurse could get a job right out of nursing school in a country that really needs it? In others words, are there any organizations that I have yet to find that actually would welcome grad nurses in working or volunteering for them right out of school!
Thank you all! =)

Keeping it real here OP: As a new grad, you have very little to offer in another country. However, as an experienced RN, you have a LOT. Get that experience first, learn to BE a nurse, then branch out. I wish you well.
Thank you!
