That is not a bad GPA for the semester. Pat yourself on the back! :)

really can i make it into a program?

Absolutely. Keep doing what you're doing.. continue to strive for better and better grades. Think about it.. I've heard a lot of schools say, "The average GPA for this cohort is 3.5".. that means half the students were above and half below. Your chances are still pretty good. And if you do better next semester, they'll get even better.

Thanks =]

Great job. If you went to my school and you took all your pre-reqs at the school you could have gotten in! My school allows automatic admittance to the nursing program if you get atleast a 3.2 GPA for the first two years of uni without repeating classes and if the person took all their courses at Rutgers University.

Why are you apologizing to us?

oh about 3 months ago i promised you guys that id get a 3.75 - 4.0 and i failed you guys ill try harder next time

You didn't fail us. You're need to be doing this for you- and you should be proud, you're doing great. :)

It should not be about promising us. You must do this for yourself. Glad you have set yourself with a goal, but that goal is meant for YOU not us. So, if you didn't meet that mark, you know what you need to work on. But, no need to apologize or feel sorry for a promise you made to 'us'. Btw, 3.4 is still good and should be happy with that accomplishment.
