Got hired from a phone call. Now what???

last monday, around 10 am, a nursing home recruiter called me and offered me a per diem job, i said yes. i was so happy that i finally got a job. then she said, ''we'll call you back for the orientation date and information.'' but the thing is, i waited for their call, then no calls, days passed and now a week later, they havent call me back? whats happening? did they forget about hiring me? i am so confused, i dont even know if i can call them, what if they deny calling me and hiring me :crying2:

having the same problem but i worked as a cna at the facility up until last week its only been 1 day but i get the feeling they will blow me off. one door closes many more doors present themselves.

call them up tomorrow and ask for a follow-up. nothing wrong with calling and asking.
