last monday, around 10 am, a nursing home recruiter called me and offered me a per diem job, i said yes. i was so happy that i finally got a job. then she said, ''we'll call you back for the orientation date and information.'' but the thing is, i waited for their call, then no calls, days passed and now a week later, they havent call me back? whats happening? did they forget about hiring me? i am so confused, i dont even know if i can call them, what if they deny calling me and hiring me

I graduated last month and got my LPN license too. I don't have any experience working in a nursing home , I only have clinical experience. I'm in Connecticut and I can not find any work , I submitted tons of application and no call back . I don't know what to do now. I was planning to apply a reciprocity in NY but I don't know how. Help
