Got a coming up interview, Please help!

I need urgent help please! I am going to have an interview in 2 days and I am wondering if anyone can give me some pointers. I have been a nurse for 10 years. I have 2 years of med/surg and 8 years of preop/PACU experience. I am wondering what they are going to ask me for this job interview since they already did a quick phone interview for me today?

They warned me about the pay cut and they said probably I would get about $45-60. I doubt that they will offer $60,000 since every elementary school district has a budget.

If it is 60,000, I think I can probably take the pay cut. However, if you were me, how much of a pay cut would you take? I am making $65,000 now and I am willing to take a pay cut since I do not have to work the entire summer.

Anyhow, any suggestions will be valuable to me. Thanks for your help!

    Just be yourself! You know how to be a nurse. I felt that the HR people that hired me did not know a thing about nursing and I was having to let them know that I could and could not do. Just go in knowing that you got it and you will do great! I'm not sure about the pay as the schools in AZ only pay 21,00-28,000 per year. Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks for your tips. I went there a bit early and I noticed they had scheduled nurses back to back for interviews. : (

    I really didn't know there were so many nurses apply for this "ONE" and only "ONE" position. SAD....

    They asked me questions that I did not expect, they asked how would you communicate with the teachers? I was so tempted to say, " I would text them....ha ha....."

    I think I did okay but not as well as I wanted. I will post again if I get the job.
