Gordon State College (GSC) Spring 2020

Just throwing this out there to see if anyone on here applied to Gordon State College's ASN program for Spring 2020?!

Hey guys. I applied to the ASN program as well. I made a 69 on my Kaplan so I’m actually really nervous. When I went to see my test score I seen that a lot of people in my group failed the test. So idk. I’ve been checking my mailbox everyday.

Where were you able to see others‘ test scores? And yeah, I heard a lot of people don’t pass

After taking my test the instructor showed me my score and on the sheet that had my score on there was everyone else’s scores. She was trying to cover them up but I was being a little nosey lol. So I just seen a quick glimpse

My advisor is different than all the months prior. It’s Christy Skinner. Also guys, I read in previous cohorts that they got their letter the first or second week of November. The 1st of November is less than 2 weeks away ?

Yeh! The crazy thing is though that the letter we are suppose to get first states the passing or non passing of the Kaplan and the date to schedule the dosage. Being that someone here said they aren’t doing that and only sending out formal and final acceptances or denials, i was hoping they did that sometime soon. I mean registration is opening on Monday ??? c’mon!

If we get in, we should be fine to register later on cause they have exactly 80 seats for everyone

I could have sworn they said 95.. but what ever ?? 80 it is lol but then the other class only has like 50 something seats.. idk how that’s going to work. We can literally register the day before the semester starts and be fine because those seats are locked for the ones accepted only. So all of us on here WILL BE ACCEPTED!

So our first semester would be NURS 1905 and 1910 correct?

Yes, just those two classes and our clinical.
