Im having a terrible time waiting for my letter of decision from GC. I pretty much stalk the mail man..and it is not even eight weeks :uhoh3:..I am looking for friends along this waiting process..has anyone heard anything about when the letters will go out?.. 8 weeks like the website says.. or will they take longer possibly until Oct. 30??.. I have heard that some people have already gotten denial letters. Do they send them out first? Soo ready to just have the letter in my hand so i can stop living in limbo. Anyone having this problem? :banghead:

I did not receive an email do y'all think they only sent emails out Yo ppl who already registered?

yeah they just over registered one of the classes so they are trying to get voluntary swaps.

Thanks for the info Asmorris!!

She just sent another email and now if enough ppl do not swap voluntarily then they are going to swap the 9 ppl anyway.

I know, that stinks because I was one of the last few that signed up....really hoping people will swap voluntarily so I can keep my hours at work.

Are any of you guys going to the nursing event tomorrow????

I was thinking about going but did not. Did anyone get any good info?

I didn't go, but my friend did. She said there wasn't really any info given. She said they started putting together boxes for kids then the tornado warnings happened so everything stopped then she said a few people asked some random questions and that was all...

Are you guys coming into the spring semester? Sorry, I really didn't read the entire post just kinda skipped to the end! I just finished my first semester at Gordon and I had the BEST time. The teachers are great and so helpful. They may not seem it but if you go to them for help they will go out of their way to help you. Also the students in semesters ahead of you are usually willing to help as well! It is very challenging, I've never worked so hard for the grades that i got this semester. Be prepared for a lot of work. Study your dosage calculations before you come in, you need to get a 90 on the first exam! I'll be around on here if you guys have any question that i can try to help. I don't know if we can post emails on here but mine is br 161778 at gdn . edu

Same here, I just finished up first semester also, so fire away with all the questions. Soon as we start back in January its unlikely we will have time to check on these posts:)

There were a few students that did register for other classes along with Nursing 1901/pharm1922, and winded up either quiting all of them or dropping most at midterm! Its nearly impossible to do unless you have a photographic memory and plan to do nothing else, not even answer a phone:) I was registered for a class and was told at Camp I Can to drop it now!
