Hello everyone,

this forum is for people who didn't get accepted into the Fall 2017 ASN class and for the new comers! I didn't make it for Fall 2017 since the cutoff was higher than the points I earned but I'll just try again and work harder.

Let's encourage each other and see what next year does!

Hi everyone!

I've been following this thread for about a week now and I also received my acceptance and am so grateful to have this opportunity. I did want to put in a word of encouragement to those who didn't receive an acceptance letter this time around. Don't give up! I've been watching YouTube videos of current nurses talking about the struggles they've faced. One girl commented and said she failed the TEAS three times before finally doing well and another said she had to take A&P twice. So please, don't be discouraged! I earned an 80 on my TEAS and had a great book that helped me prepare for the test so if anyone is interested, I can give it to them or the title of the book!

Did they send out rejection letters as well? Or just acceptance? I know i didn't get in since I received nothing and could not register for classes this morning, but shouldn't I have at least received something saying I wasn't accepted?

They sent something to everyone stating they either got in or they didn't with the reason why (how many points, etc). You should have received something by now. No one was able to register until around 9 this morning I think. Then you had to make sure you had no registration holds. I would call the nursing dept.
