Good pop up, bad pop up, and number of questions

Nursing Students NCLEX

Published

People were able to do the Pearson VUE trick (PVT) to see if they passed or failed NCLEX. Here is what I understand so far.

If they received the comment "Our records indicate that you recently scheduled this exam. Another registration cannot be made at this time," it means a very high probability of passing.

If people received a "Payment declined" comment, it means that the test needs additional grading for passing.

If someone receives a Candidate Performance Report (CPR) this means that there is a high probability that they failed the exam.

I got a payment declined comment after 120 to 130 questions. Would it be worth paying $8 to check my score? Or should I wait for a notice letter and a CPR?

I would still need to wait either way. I would need to check for my name in registry before applying for jobs. How long could this take? Would this take as much time as waiting for the CPR? Just weighing out my options.

It could also mean that your test grading is not finalized.

Or you incorrectly entered your card, used a prepaid card, and all the other ways people try to get the results without having the card charged.

If you get the CPR report, you failed. You do not get the report if you pass. The report is for remediation for your next attempt.

My license was posted 1 day after the test. Other states (California) could take months.

In NY I heard that people did not have their license posted 3 or 4 days after the test. Some people waited for two weeks.

I decided to pay $8 for quick results. I did not pass. I should have stuck with Kaplan and UWorld. I might try Klimek too.

Just a note about PVT. It's does not seem to be a good indicator if someone passes. There are also a lot of people who got the bad pop up and passed. I think it's better to look for quick results, or look up your name in the state nursing registry.

Going at it again. ?

Im so sorry you didnt pass, i totally get the feeling it seriously sucks... I took my pn nclex for the 4th time this pass weekend and i was able to finally pass. I took it on a saturday in va and my license was posted by monday. Just keep studying is my best advise and dont give up or wait too long (besides the 45 days) to take it again, i made that mistake of waiting (years to take it again) i highly recommend uworld... It was the best thing for me and my RN co workers recommended to me and said if u study this u will def pass and i studied for like 1-2months and just did question after question. Just stay positive dont loose focus! You got this! Good luck!! ?

Thanks n_cole12. I registered for UWorld questions again. I definitely plan to go over the information before sitting for the exam. Thanks for the encouragement!

Hello,

I understand that you did not pass. Try again. There's a page on instagram that has a lot of great NCLEX posts. I'm not sure if I can post here.
