Congrats on passing!! I just passed my pn nclex after taking it 4xs! It def is the best feeling ever to see your name on bon! Now i gotta focus on going back to school (at some point) for my RN ?

Oh i was too, and because i took it on a saturday it made it even worse bc they dont post on the weekends! ? so i was a nervous wreck! Mine cut off at 85 and i was not ao confident walking out of there.. But i just prayed and the outcome was a success! Have you gotten your results yet? Did u try the pvt?

Im so sorry you didnt pass, i totally get the feeling it seriously sucks... I took my pn nclex for the 4th time this pass weekend and i was able to finally pass. I took it on a saturday in va and my license was posted by monday. Just keep studying is my best advise and dont give up or wait too long (besides the 45 days) to take it again, i made that mistake of waiting (years to take it again) i highly recommend uworld... It was the best thing for me and my RN co workers recommended to me and said if u study this u will def pass and i studied for like 1-2months and just did question after question. Just stay positive dont loose focus! You got this! Good luck!! ?

Congrats on passing!!!! It was like that for me on the pn nclex as well... I just took mine over the weekend and found out i passed this morning! But i def had a lot of sata questions and it made me so nervous when i walked out of there. And for those that need study material wether it is for pn or Rn i def recommend uworld, some of my friends that are RN's recommended it to me and it helped so much! It def teaches you how answer questions and the rationales are amazing and detailed!

So i just wanted to update you all... That i just found out that i passed!!!! So i do believe that the pvt does work, i tried it like a million times and it kept giving me the good pop up (even tho i was not so sure that it was correct) but i did indeed pass my boards!! And i did want to mention that this is my 4th time taking the pn nclex, so for those of you just taking it for the 1st time or 2nd 3rd 4th never give up! You keep at it until u pass bc it is def worth it!! Trust me i was in doubt for so long and i finally put my mind to it and stayed positive studied my butt off (all while 8 months preg) and passed! So just believe in yourself and you got it!

Thank you so much... I am such a nervous wreck that i feel like even tho i got the good pop up i still feel.like there is a chance that i didnt pass... But i wont know until its final and i get the actual results. But im.like.you if i didnt pass im not going to stop. Im going to hop back on the horse and keep studying until.i can take it again and pass! I hope that if you didnt pass and are able to retest that u do pass on the next go round, study hard and stay positive!! ?

Well, i was super nervous to begin with, but the test didnt seem hard but then again some of the questions i didnt know im not even going to lie.. I got a lot of sata questions and maybe 2 math questions they through in some med questions and priority as well. I used uworld pn to study and i.love it! I felt so confident and was hetting good scores on my practice test..also on my self assesment it said i had a high chance of passing. The test was just nerve recking and when it cut off after 85 questions my heart dropped bc u either passed and did really well or u did so bad it cut you off. So if i were you just stay positive and try not to stress yourself out. I also am 8months preg too so that kinda contributed to my emotions taking over so just tell yourself you are going to pass and go in with that mindset and def take your time! So I just took the NCLEX pn today Saturday 4/13/19 and the test cut off after 85! I walked out not feeling so confident... So I did the PVT like maybe 1hour after the test and it let me go all the way through to purchase the test again but when I put in my credit card info (different exp date) it had the popup that said "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Another registration cannot be made at this time" so I was assuming that this was a good thing bc I tried it again like maybe 3hours after the exam. I keep.seeing people say that if it lets you go to the credit card page then u failed...then also something where people are saying selivery was sucessful then they put in credit card info.. So im not sure what to think at this point!! It is just killing me bc I just don't know... Cutring off at 85 could mean pass or fail!! This is driving me crazyyyy.. Can anyone give me some advise on what to think about the PVT? Like does it work on the weekend etc...

thanks everyone after reading how you all are doing on kaplan q bank makes me feel alot better. seems like i am ready for this, i will continue to study and prob take the advice of not studying the day before! :) hope everyone is doing well and good luck to us all!!:)

i see that alot of you are doing kaplan q bank questions, and i was just wondering what were you all scoring on it? I wanted to see if i am scoring around the same thing, I want to be sure that I am ready to take the boards im scoring around the 60-70% range. Also how many questions a day are you all doing?

I know I'm late to this thread but I just wanted some input, I'm using kaplan a bank this will be my 3rd time taking the nclex pn! Really hoping that this time I pass!!! Any advice on what to expect now since the nclex changed last year.

so i was doing questions on kaplan and i came across a question that asks the lpn recognizes that physical assessments should be completed in which order. I said the answer was inspection, auscultation, percussion, palpation. but the answer was inspection, palpation, auscultation, percussion. Ok im just confused because for one as a nurse we do not do percussion and why would we palpitate before we auscultate? if you do that then you are stirring up movement right. i would think you would listen first. i dont know maybe its just me... what do u guys think???
