good IVP practice?

Want to run through some mock labs before I test this one. Anyone have some realistic sample orders for IV push?

I want to practice with these drugs

Lasix:

reglan: 5 or 10 per mL

benadryl: 10 or 50 per mL

Bumex: 0.25/ml

zofran: 2mg/mL or 32mg/50mL

synthroid: 100mcg/mL

dexamethasone: 2mg/mL

Toradol: 15mg/mL or 30mg/mL

Nexium 10mg/mL

you will find the parameters for giving all, but 3 of them by iv push on this iv push medication policy chart from medical university of south carolina: http://www.musc.edu/pharmacyservices/pnp/f23.pdf. it includes a two page chart at the end which lists iv push medications and how fast they are to be administered. i suggest you print the chart in case it gets taken off the internet and you want to look at it again. try looking at the professional information on drugs.com (http://www.drugs.com/) about the drugs that are not on the above list and look for administration information in the drug monographs.

Is there a way that you could put the chart in your reply since clicking on that MUSC pdf file is asking me for a password. That chart is exactly what I am looking for. Do you have a password for MUSC??
