Good/Bad LTC's for LPN job???

I just got my LPN license and want to work in LTC while in my last year of RN program. Can anyone give me a heads up on good places to work in the Twin Cities area (MN)? - or difficult facilities to avoid. I know it can be hit or miss. So far I have heard great things about Catholic Eldercare. I got a call back from Edina Care Center today. Anyone know what it is like there?

Any input would be appreciated. I feel like I am shooting from the hip.

I did my geriatric rotation as an LPN at Guardian Angels in Elk River. They were okay. I wasn't as impressed with Camilla Rose, or any of the Mary T. locations, with the exception of the home that cares for severely compromised children. The LPNs there were wonderful!

Good luck!

Beverly programs don't have a good reputation and I couldn't stand the one that I worked at years ago.
