Hey everyone,

I'm starting this thread so we can support each other through the next round of applications. It's my 3rd time applying and I now have 81 points. I think it could go either way for me at GWC, but I do feel like I'm getting in somewhere no matter what. Good luck!

I got in with either 80 or 81 points! Woohoo I can’t wait to meet all of you guys ?? does anyone know if the gwc nursing program follows the same school schedule as the rest of the college? I’m trying to figure out what our first day of class is. If it’s anything like the rest of gwc our first day should be Jan 31.

Congrats! I actually don't know if they follow the same schedule. I have a friend who is currently in the program. I will send her a text later today and post her response here.

I have not received anything. Not even a rejection letter. I emailed them so hopefully I get a reply.

Just emailed Ashley bell and she says Notifications are being sent out in waves and we should know by today or tomorrow!!

For the fall semester there wasn’t any notification for the wait list, a lot of the people said they just received an email that they got accepted off of the waitlist but didn’t know they were on it. Finger crossed.

My friend is pretty sure (she will double check) that we follow the same schedule as the rest of GWC. I also did a quick class search and all the nursing classes start on Jan 31. I attached a screenshot below.

So I think it is safe to say you have a bit of 'free time' during Intersession before our program begins! ?
