Golden West ADN Spring 2021

Hi everyone, I didn't see a thread started for this application period at GWC so I figured I'd make one. I'm applying with 73 points. What about you? Anyone know if applicant numbers have increased or decreased with the pandemic?

I haven't received anything yet. But it says to be patient before inquiring because there could be unforeseen delays.

I just spoke to the receptionist in the nursing department today to ask a question. She said the notifications of received applications will be sent out by this Friday. It will be sent to your goldenwest email. If you don’t receive an email, feel free to inquire with them on Monday morning.

Codeine, where did you get that information from???

from my experience with applying usually if your in the high 70s most likely u can get in as an alternate and 80+ most likely accepted.

Oh okay. I thought you knew of a “cut off” or minimum amount to apply with.

I got the information from my friend who is in the program right now.

According to a friend of mine who is currently in the nursing program, Fall 2019 has the cutoff of 72 points (Nursing Professor at GWC confirmed!!)

I think it varies each semester depending on pt total. If u get 70+ pts your good for sure!
