I have a patient with a GJ tube. The J tube is used for feedings, meds & flushes, while the G tube drains to a canister via gravity. My question is since everything has changed to the ENFit connectors, what can be used to connect to the ENFit to use for drainage? We used to use suction tubing to connect to canister, but we can't seem to find a good fit.

We wrap a diaper or chux around the end of the tube and let it drain into it.  You could also cut the flanges off of a 3 mL syringes connect the syringe to the end of the g-tube, and insert the end of the drainage bag tubing.
