Like Daniel Gilbert's great book, I stumbled upon happiness on October 10, 2020. I have found some of my  happiness in making animation.  I found a website where GIFs can be made.

These GIFs wee made on October 11, 2020:

After all, one does have to learn to walk before one can run.

No inspiration. No worries, only a matter of time before that creative brain gets inspired!!

Izzat kinda like writer's block?

I am always looking for inspiration, and sometimes it's hard to find. But most of the time, I can't help but have ideas.

I once wrote in one of my journals, "I'm always thinking- everybody does- and where there is a thought, there can be art". Hence, my thoughts are a self-perpetuating source of inspiration.

No Inspiration Man was inspired by my thought of having no inspiration. He is my nemesis, and every story needs a antagonist.

I love doing art so much, I do things like lettering in Old English script, which I call "Letter Art", in a stream of consciousness format. This method has never failed me in coming up with some sort of project.

Through loose association, my "Inner Artist" tells me which direction to go. For example, this morning, at my newly built "Windowsill Desk", upon awakening, I produced three pages of narratives with images of dead & dying bugs, due to a few in my windowsill.

So, I don't believe in "writer's block". There is always room for Jell-O... I mean: There is always inspiration for art.

An editor on the Open Arts website submitted a poem and I did this GIF to illustrate the essence of the poem:

The editor requested my permission to send this GIF to her publisher for use in advertising her book of poems to be published next year!

Once upon a time, years ago, I found a dry, dead bumblebee. When I picked it up the head fell off. I mounted (glued) the head as if it were a hunting trophy, on a plain, white 3x5 card, put a dark edging around the edges of the card. and titled it "BUMBLE-BEE MINUS THE BOOGIE".  ? ?

When the editor requested that I email the "animated elephant" to her, the words "animated elephant in an elevator" popped into my head.
